Rental units are excluded. Eligibility, equipment selection, installation scope, site conditions, and final recipient selection are subject to verification and approval by A Superior Mechanical.

Applicants must be veterans and/or first responders who own and occupy a home in Bay, Walton, or Okaloosa County. The current water heater must not be working, and rental properties are not eligible.
Can a renter or landlord enter a rental property?
No. This giveaway is limited to an applicant who owns and occupies the home where the water heater would be installed. Rental units are excluded.
Does the current water heater have to be broken?
Yes. This promotion is intended to help an eligible local veteran or first responder homeowner whose current water heater is not working.
When will the winner be selected?
A Superior Mechanical plans to select and announce the recipient at the veteran luncheon on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The selected applicant will be contacted using the information submitted with the application.
